How do we book, and what happens next?
We’ve made booking your corporate cruise easy. Simply book online, choose your cruise, check availability and secure your preferred date. Or if you’d prefer, get in touch with our team and we’ll be happy to help with your booking.
Our season runs 1 December 2026 to 1 March 2027, and popular dates fill early so it’s worth securing yours soon.
Once your deposit is paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by helpful reminders and key information leading up to your cruise. Closer to the day, your skipper will personally get in touch to confirm the final details and be your point of contact.
We’ll take care of the rest!
How many guests can we invite on our corporate boat charter?
Seazone is licensed to take a maximum of 36 guests to Rottnest or open ocean and a maximum of 40 guests on the Swan River.
What’s included in the cruise price?
The price includes exclusive hire of Seazone, two experienced crew members (Skipper and Deckhand), a quality sound system and the option to BYO food and drinks.
You can also customise your cruise with a range of optional add-ons, including catering, hire of our back-deck BBQ, boat inflatables and more.
Where can you pick us up from?
We offer several convenient pickup locations depending on your cruise:
- Swan River, Rotto or Carnac cruise – depart from the Ferry Terminal between the bridges in Fremantle (Beach/East St).
- Rotto or Carnac cruise – depart from the Sardine Jetty, Fishing Boat Harbour in Fremantle.
- Friday night cruises – complimentary pickup and drop off from Barrack Street Jetty, Perth (normally an extra $300, included for FREE).
- Mosman Bay – pick up next to Mosmans Restaurant is available for $300.
Can we bring our own food and drinks or organise catering?
Yes! Our boat is fully BYO, so you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We also offer a range of catering options to suit different dietary needs and budgets, starting from just $20 per person. View our catering menu here.
