Is there a limit to the number of referrals?
No, there is NO LIMIT to how many referrals you can do!
How do I qualify for the $500 cash rewards?
Your referral must be a new customer, enter your full name in the booking form and make an eligible booking at the standard advertised price. Bookings made using a discount, promotional code, special offer or other reduced rate do not qualify for the referral reward. Read our full terms and conditions below.
When will I receive my $500 cash?
Once your referral has been verified by Perth Party Crusies and meets the program terms and conditions, your $500 cash will be paid to your nominated payment details within 14 business days.
Do discounted or special offer cruise bookings qualify?
No. The referral reward is not available where the referred customer books using a discount or promotional code, or books on a special offer or other reduced rate cruise.
What does the person I refer to receive?
Your referred friend will receive $250 worth of extras (including premium back deck Weber BBQ, 15x bags of ice, and access to all inflatables) with their eligible booking. These extras cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another booking.
Terms & Conditions
The Share the Love Cruise Club Program is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Who can participate
Eligible Perth Party Cruises guests may refer multiple friends to Perth Party Cruises.
A referred friend must be a new customer to Perth Party Cruise, meaning they have not previously made a booking with Perth Party Cruise.
Referrers cannot refer themselves or create duplicate or false accounts or bookings for the purpose of receiving a referral reward.
Referral Reward for the Referrer
For each Qualified Referral, the referrer will receive a $500 cash reward.
A “Qualified Referral” is a new customer of Perth Party Cruises who:
- makes their first booking with Perth Party Cruise and enters the referrer’s full name in the booking form;
- makes a genuine, eligible booking that is paid in full;
- books at the standard advertised price and does not use a discount, promotional code, special offer or other reduced-price booking; and
- completes their booked tour.
The $500 cash reward will not be payable where the referred customer’s booking is made using a discount or promotional code, or is booked on a special offer or other reduced rate.
The reward will be paid to the referrer after the referred customer’s cruise has been confirmed by Perth Party Cruises.
Payment will be made to the payment details nominated by the referrer within 14 business days of the referral being verified.
If the referred customer cancels their booking within 10 days from making the booking, the referral will not qualify for the cash reward. Where a booking is rescheduled rather than cancelled, the referral will remain eligible and will be assessed once the rescheduled tour has been completed.
Each qualifying new customer can generate one referral reward only.
Reward for the Referred Friend
A referred friend or team/club who makes their first eligible booking will receive $250 worth of extras (including premium back deck Weber BBQ, 15x bags of ice, and access to all inflatables) with their booking.
The extras:
- are available on the referred friend’s first eligible cruise booking only;
- have a total value of $250;
- cannot be changed or redeemed for cash;
- cannot be transferred to another person or booking;
- cannot be applied retrospectively to a previous booking
Once the referred friend has completed their first booking with Perth Party Cruises, they may become eligible to refer their own friends through the Share The Love Cruise Club Program.
Referral Sharing
Referral links are intended to be shared personally with friends, family and genuine contacts who may be interested in booking with Perth Party Cruises.
Referrers must not use unsolicited bulk email, SMS, automated messaging, purchased contact lists, message boards or other forms of spam to promote their referral code or link.
Referrers must not provide another person’s personal information to Perth Party Cruises without that person’s permission.
Misuse of the Program
Perth Party Cruises may investigate referrals where it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, manipulated bookings or other activity inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
Where Perth Party Cruises reasonably determines that a referral does not meet the eligibility requirements of the program, Perth Party Cruises may refuse or cancel the applicable referral reward.
Perth Party Cruises may also suspend or remove a participant from the Share the love Cruise Club Program where there is reasonable evidence of misuse or fraudulent activity.
Cancellations and Refunds
Bookings made through the Share the love Cruise Club Program remain subject to Perth Party Cruise’s standard Booking Terms and Conditions, including applicable cancellation and refund conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to the Program
Perth Party Cruises may change, suspend or end the Share the love Cruise Club Program from time to time.
Where reasonably practicable, Perth Party Cruises will provide notice of material changes to the program.
Any change or closure of the program will not affect a referral that has already met the requirements of a Qualified Referral before the change takes effect, unless required by law or where fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
General
Referral rewards and complimentary extras cannot be transferred, sold or combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted by Perth Party Cruises.
Participation in the Share the love Cruise Club Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions and Perth Party Cruise’s standard Booking Terms and Conditions.
Personal information collected in connection with the Share the love Cruise Club Program will be handled in accordance with Perth Party Cruise’s Privacy Policy.
Perth Party Cruises reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and referrals before issuing any reward.
